Ordering and Shipping Information 

Ordering Quilter's Care Candles^tm

*  We are pleased to accept secure online payment through PayPal.  We accept debit cards, as well as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards when processed through the PayPal system.  If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay by debit or credit card through PayPal with the option of eliminating all information after the transaction.

Shipping Quilter's Care Candles

*  We ship UPS from Austin, TX.  Generally, retail orders are shipped within 48 hours.  However, during hot weather, Quilter's Care Candles are only shipped on certain days to ensure delivery prior to weekends. Due to their unique ingredients and low melt-point, Quilter's Care Candles can melt if left for an extended period in a non-climate controlled environment. For this reason, it is possible that your shipment may be held for a few days to ensure that it is shipped and received in a timely fashion without risking storage in adverse conditions.

*  Freight charges will vary depending upon the total weight and destination of your order. We make every attempt to keep shipping charges as affordable as possible. For best possible rates, ordering multiple candles at once will keep shipping costs per unit the lowest.  If possible, order ahead for gift giving, or order with a friend to ensure the most economical shipping rates.

*  We diligently strive for a problem-free delivery, but in the event that a problem occurs, please notify us within 10 days of receipt so that we may promptly issue replacements or otherwise remedy your situation. Please retain all boxes and packaging materials.  We regret that claims made after the 10 day reporting period cannot be honored.

Flat Fee U. S. Shipping

We generallly ship UPS and charge only for the fees charged by UPS, fuel surcharges, and cost of packing materials.  We do not charge labor or service fees of any kind. Because we save when shipping multiple products in the same order, we pass those savings on to you. Shipping is definitely most cost effective on a per unit basis when multiple candles are ordered at the same time.  Following are shipping fees for the 48 contiguous U.S. states, based on the total dollar amount of an order.

Alaska, Hawaii and International Shipping

We will gladly ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and internationally, although the flat fee shipping will not apply.  Please contact us by email with your order and we will respond with your shipping rates.  We will process Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders separately.
